系统说明
钛锌波纹板直接安装在在木质结构或金属（镀锌钢或铝）框架上。
钛锌波纹板提供了更多的选择和设计自由，波纹效果给墙面带来丰富的光影变化。
应用领域
平直墙面或最小半径为15m的曲面。(flat wall or curved surface with a minimum radius of 15m.)

安装说明

VMZINC 波纹板通过紧固件直接固定在木材或金属框架（1.5mm镀锌钢或2.2mm铝）上，根据荷载一般布置间距在800mm – 1200mm之间。所有紧固件必须为不锈钢。(The VMZINC Sine wave panels are through fixed onto a timber or metal substructure (galvanized steel 1.5mm or Aluminium 2.2mm) spaced at between 800mm and 1200mm depending on project loadings. All fasteners must be stainless steel.)
对于长度超过3m的面板，必须开槽以调节膨胀和收缩。整个立面的面板后需留下38mm厚度的通风间隙。(For panels over 3m in length, holes must be slotted to allow for expansion and contraction. A continuous 38 mm ventilated air gap is left clear behind the panels on the entire facade.)
墙的顶部和底部需要留有进风口和出风口。(Continuous ventilation openings are made at the top and bottom.)
保温层必须有足够的刚性，牢固安装在主体结构上，确保不会移动而阻碍了空气的流通（参阅保温的相关规范）。(The insulation panels must be sufficiently rigid and well anchored to their structure to prevent them from moving and blocking the ventilation space (refer to the insulation manufacturer's specifications.)
金属框架支撑面必须满足至少60mm的宽度。(The cladding supports must be at least 60 mm wide to support the panels correctly.)
如果使用木龙骨（比如挪威红松木或白松木），必须要确保木材处理的方式（例如防菌或防虫处理），并不会与钛锌板发生任何反应。(Any wood treatment products (fungicides, insecticides) must be dry and completely neutral to VMZINC.)
